What data is collected?

During account verification, users are required to upload a single front-facing photograph (selfie). This is stored as a standard image file (JPEG or PNG).

The app does not collect depth data, infrared data, or any sensor-derived facial data.

How is the image used?

The image is used solely for identity verification and account authenticity checks.

Verification is performed by human moderators to reduce fake or fraudulent accounts.

Biometric Processing

Orbies does not use facial recognition or biometric identification technologies.

We do not generate or store facial templates, embeddings, or any biometric identifiers derived from the image.

The image is treated strictly as a photograph and is not processed using facial analysis or machine-learning models for identification purposes.

Storage and Retention

The verification image is stored securely with encryption.

It is retained only for as long as the user account remains active and is deleted within a reasonable period (generally within 30 days) after account deletion, unless required for legal or security purposes.

Data Sharing

The verification image is not shared with advertisers or used for marketing purposes.

It may be stored with secure cloud infrastructure providers acting as data processors under strict confidentiality obligations. These providers do not access or use the image for their own purposes.

User Rights

Users may request deletion of their data, including verification images, through the app or by contacting support.

Orbies is strictly intended for individuals aged 18 and above. Users are required to confirm their age during registration.

Accounts identified as belonging to individuals under 18, or falsely representing age, will be suspended or permanently removed upon detection.

Users can report inappropriate content, messages, or profiles directly within the app. We also provide tools to block or restrict interactions with other users.

Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and prioritized based on severity, with urgent safety concerns handled on a priority basis.

• Impersonate any person or entity, or create fake or misleading accounts

• Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes, spam, or solicitation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove content and take appropriate action against accounts that violate these Terms, including restricting access, suspension, or permanent termination.

3. Ownership and Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Orbies platform, including its design, features, branding, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to Secreteye Telematics Pvt. Ltd.

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Orbies. However, by posting or uploading content, you grant Orbies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating, improving, promoting, and providing the service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

4. Liability and Indemnity

Orbies is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secreteye Telematics Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of data, reputation, or opportunities
• Any user behavior, interactions, or disputes between users

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Secreteye Telematics Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Orbies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
